I wanted new windows but they sold me a door. My own fault I guess. I had to call to inquire if my door was in yet and good thing I did, not sure how long they were going to keep it before letting me know. They installed it and broke my doorbell in the meantime. Not a sorry or anything just "good luck, call an electrician". The install job was poor and I felt they didn't resolve the overall issue anyways. Also, still need windows. :/

I needed two replacement screens for windows that were built in 1987. I dropped off my original on Tuesday, and got a phone call Wednesday that they were ready to pick up. The best part is they match perfectly. Customer service was great too .. professional and courteous. I will definitely use them for future needs!

Highly recommend Rick and the team at Midstate! Wayne came out to measure for new storm windows/ doors after the tornado and was a joy in a not so joyful time. After many delays on my end (contractors/ painters/ window repairs/ pandemic) they patiently waited with gentle reminders that they were ready to install at my convenience. The professional install crew finally came out to install last week and I couldn't be happier. They did a wonderful job and all the windows/ doors fit perfectly (in an imperfect 100 year old home).
